Hey, I'm Newton! I am a handsome hunk looking for my furever home. I am very excitable and have lots of energy, so I could definitely use some obedience training to channel it into being the best dog ever. I have shown a fear of strangers when I am with my people so behavior modification training would also help me out a lot. Having a canine companion may be good for me so I have reassurance and learn not to redirect my nervousness into reactivity. I do ask that any children in the home are 15 and older due to some handling sensitivity and over-arousal behavior. I am not sure how I feel about cats but may be able to live with one given proper introduction. I know I will need some work and dedication to be my best self, but your efforts will be rewarded with an exuberant, happy, fantastic friend. I would be a wonderful addition to your life if you'll consider adopting me!
