Hi, I'm Leland! I am a sweet and handsome pup looking for my furever home. I came to the shelter as a stray and sadly no one reclaimed me. I am a happy boy who already knows basic commands and might be housebroken too. I can be a bit timid at first with new people but I do enjoy getting lots of TLC. I like other dogs and could have play pals, but I cannot live with one because I don't know how to share. I am not sure how I feel about cats but I am willing to try with proper introduction. Sometimes I get a little too excited and want to be all over you, so it's best that any kids in the home are 10 and older, since I don't know my own size or strength. I am a loyal companion and once I bond with you I will be your best friend and protector. I am a really good pup and I hope you will consider adopting me!
