Ziggy is a 9 years, 8 months old male Standard Smooth Haired Dachshund who weighs 23 pounds

Ziggy is a spicy little guy who came to us from a hoarding situation and, consequently, has some trust issues. Our staff and volunteers are working with Ziggy to help this little guy overcome his fears. They will also work with adopters, pre and post adoption, to ensure a successful transition to a home. Ziggy is particular about his friends and struggles with some men but, once you've gained his trust, he loves you fully.

He snuggles, loves to get belly rubs, gives kisses, and just is the most affectionate little dude. Because he is a little particular about his friends he probably should go to a quiet home without a large number of guests.
