Poppy is a medium sized mixed-breed girl that has been with us for several months. She came to us from a situation where she was never socialized with people so to her humans are still "scary." She loves to go for walks but she is still very afraid of new things, loud noises, fast movements. It will take a very patient, calm, experienced owner to adopt Poppy and show her that all people are not scary. She is considered a huge flight-risk and will bolt out doors at a moment's notice so a super-savvy owner that is aware of their surroundings and will ensure Poppy's safety is what we are looking for, for this super special girl. Poppy could live with a neutral, calm dog but it is not required.
