Shy Justine just looks so sad. She was adopted from our Philadelphia location in 2022 and recently found as a stray. Only she knows what happened in between and she is not talking! Meanwhile, she is just looking lost and confused - even though she is now safe, warm and fed. Justine allows pets and quiet time with people. She would do well in a quiet home with someone who gives her the space she needs to adjust. She just wants some stability and to be safe forever. Could you be the one to give it to her?
