Meet Ellie

Ellie is a senior female Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 8 pounds.

Sweet, shy senior Ellie came from a home with over 30 cats. She is now one of our longest resident cats. This poor lady needed some urgent medical care, which she has since received. She had a much needed dental where most of her teeth were removed. She was treated for eye and ear issues and is doing much better than when she arrived. She still has some digestive issues which are somewhat managed with diet. Ellie was initially very scared and we weren't sure if she would allow handling. Now that she is feeling much better, she loves pets from her favorite people. She will roll on her side asking for attention and look at you with a mix of sadness and hope in her eyes. She has even started exploring the cat room. Her life prior to coming to MLAR was less than ideal. We promised her that she will be spoiled in her golden years. Could you be the one to do that for her?
