Data Needs: Cats

Meet London
London is a 1 year, 7 months old female Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 6 pounds.
Cute London is now our longest resident cat. She came to MLAR several months ago as an older kitten who was found as a stray. It seemed like she did not have a mom or siblings to teach her how to be a cat. She has been here for several months and is definitely mellowing. We think she is realizing that she wants to be adopted into a nice home. She has times where she loves people and wants to interact and other times where she just wants some me time! She is a cat, after all! She is playful and likes to bat toys around. She loves spending time on the catio and windowsills watching birds. London would do best with an experienced owner who is able to read her body language. She needs to be an only pet. She is still a young lady who deserves a nice, safe life indoors. Could you be the one to give it to her?
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 11-5pm.
