Data Needs: Cats

Meet Fabio
Fabio is an adult male Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 7 pounds.
Shy Fabio came from a home with over 100 cats. He was in desperate need of medical care. Most of his fur is missing and it looked so painful for him. He is being treated by our clinic and is currently recovering in a foster home. His foster mom reports that Fabio loves to be swaddled and then pet. It is easy to administer his medications and clean his ears and face. He absolutely loves neck rubs and purrs in delight. He is friendly but cautious. Since he did not receive socialization in his home, he will need someone who is very patient and will allow Fabio the space he needs to feel safe. He allows me to brush him. He loves mealtime. He has good potential.??This poor guy did not get the care he should have in the past. He is hoping that someone will take a chance on him and spoil him in the future. Could that be you?
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 11-5pm.
