Meet Mickey
Mickey is a 5 years, 3 months old male Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 11 pounds.
Handsome Mickey originally came to MLAR thru our Animal Law Enforcement Officers. It appeared that he had been bitten by another cat in the home. He spent time in our clinic recovering. Mickey moved up to our cat room and just loved the attention. He thought he had found his forever home a few months ago. Sadly, his owner had major health issues and was no longer able to care for Mickey.
Mickey is a very friendly guy who wants to be pet and be around people. He will nuzzle your hand asking you to keep petting him. He has the cutest croak meow and will have conversations with you! Mickey is hoping that his next home with be safe and be his forever home. As much as we love him, we want him to find a stable home where he can live the rest of his life. Come meet him and you may just fall in love.
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 11-5pm.
