Data Needs: Cats

Meet Sonya
Sonya is an adult female Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 7 pounds.
Sleek Sonya was found as a stray by a kind person who brought her to MLAR. She was in desperate need of medical care which our clinic provided. She does have some chronic medical issues that will need to be monitored. Our clinic staff would be happy to discuss with any potential adopters.
In spite of all this, Sonya is sweet and loving. She enjoys being pet and will roll on her side asking you to continue. She recently started coming out of her cage and exploring the cat room. She is definitely getting braver by the day.
We know that not everyone can adopt a medical cat, but we also know there are awesome people out there who are willing and able to adopt one. Sonya is so worth it. She is loving and playful and just wants to be safe. Could you be the one to make her dreams come true?
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 11-5pm.
